Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
All payments made are final and non-refundable. Payments made for IVGK Business Cloud subscriptions and related services will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Partial use or non-use of the Services
- Dissatisfaction with features or performance
- Service outages, downtime, or failures (including those caused by third-party providers)
- Data loss or unavailability
- Business or personal losses of any kind
2. Demo Before Purchase
We strongly recommend that you take a demo or use a trial before purchasing any paid plan. This allows you to evaluate the Services and ensure they meet your requirements. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to try the Services and that you understand and accept that payments are non-refundable.
3. Service Access
Access to the Services is provided only during the active subscription period. Upon expiration or cancellation of a subscription, access to the Services may be restricted or discontinued.
4. Service Outages and Third-Party Dependencies
Our Services rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers (e.g. cloud hosting such as Microsoft Azure, payment gateways). We are not responsible for any service outages, data loss, or unavailability caused by these or any other third parties. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and we are not liable for any data loss, business loss, or other losses you may incur.
5. No Liability for Losses
We are not liable for any losses (direct or indirect) incurred while using our Applications or Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of business, loss of revenue, or any other commercial or personal loss. Even in cases of outages, data loss, or third-party failures, no refund will be provided and we are not responsible for any such losses.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute after purchasing the Services without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
7. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed annually (or as per the selected plan). The no-refund policy applies regardless of the billing cycle or the period of use within that cycle.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund for the current billing period.
